Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Better yet, they are dog friendly and allow you to bring your pet to the bar and restaurant as well. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Stayed here as a close location to the CO Springs airport and to have a nice hotel experience. Enjoyed our room (bunk bed + Queen) with nice amenities (tea, kettle, ect). Parking is reasonable and they have a lot to park in for $19 a day (also has hourly options). The bar downstairs was really nice with plenty of seating. Beautiful with hanging plants and wood framing.

I don’t know why this place is as expensive as it is. The hipster vibes maybe? No free parking and to park in the lot is $20. No room service. TV is basic channels. They skimp on the towels and room amenities. Hard check out at 10am otherwise they charge you. The food is bland and overpriced. I am staying at a traditional hotel next time. Staff is only reason why it gets two stars instead of one.

I originally booked a different hotel but switched to this one after seeing the site. I loved my room! It was exactly what I booked and so cozy. Clean, quiet and fun! The staff was great and so was the food! I did a lot of hiking while staying and this was a great place to come back to after a long hike.

Kinship landing is a very cute spot with very cozy beds and great food options. Unfortunately, our room on the fourth floor smelt strongly like sewage. They were kind enough to move us to another room on the same after one night, but the room still had a slight odor, though not as bad as in our original room, but the whole floor seemed to smell. There was also a lot of short hairs in the shower of the new room and was clearly not cleaned well.

Kinship Landing is one of our favorite places to host events in Colorado Springs for the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC. We love hosting our Breakfast and Business Cards events here because the food is consistently excellent and the service is even better. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes everything feel effortless from start to finish. Our attendees always leave impressed, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Kimberly, at the front desk was delightful. When we checked into our room, everything was very nice, but we were hoping for a mountainside view. Not expecting them to be able to accommodate this, I asked, anyway, and Kimberly gladly moved us to an available room for no extra charge. Excellent customer service and super friendly as well!

I had my small wedding in the Garden Haus at the Kinship Landing Hotel and it was perfect. Lauren was wonderful to work with - very accommodating, friendly and responsive. The staff was great too - especially Christian. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were so unique. Thank you - we will definitely be back!
